Internship Details

Duration

Internships typically run for 3-6 months, with flexible start dates throughout the year.

Schedule

Full-time positions (40 hours/week) during regular office hours, Monday to Friday.

Stipend

Monthly stipend provided to cover transport and communication costs.

Eligibility

Current university students or graduates within the last 2 years.

Certificate

Official certificate of completion and professional reference upon successful completion.

Yes, we provide a monthly stipend to cover transport, lunch, and communication costs.

Can I intern remotely?

Most positions are in-person to provide full experience, but we may consider hybrid arrangements for certain roles.

Do I need to speak Kinyarwanda?

For field positions, yes. For office-based roles, English is sufficient but Kinyarwanda is a plus.

When should I apply?

Can I get academic credit?

Yes, we work with universities to support interns seeking academic credit for their experience.

What happens after internship?

Strong performers are often considered for full-time positions when available. We also provide references and career support.
